Additional features include:

- stylish and practical kitchen
- landscaped gardens
- multi-locking front doors
- external lighting to front and rear

Location - The town of Uckfield is one of the largest in the Wealden District. It offers a good range of shops, restaurants, a cinema and an excellent range of local schools. The town has an indoor swimming pool at the Utopia Leisure Centre which has many additional activities on offer. On the outskirts of Uckfield there is the East Sussex National Golf Course which has two courses of the very highest standard. The European Open has been staged there on more than one occasion. Whilst Uckfield has seen dramatic development in recent years, the town has retained a number of its older buildings. Bridge Cottage, in the south of the town is a fine example of a 14th/15th century Wealden Hall house.

Wealden boasts some of the most beautiful countryside in England. Two thirds of the district is designated as Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are a rich variety of landscapes from the dramatic cliff coastline at Birling Gap, the renowned wetland site at Pevensey in the south, through to the gentle downland of Kipling's 'whale backed' Sussex Downs. The High Weald in the north and the lowland heath of Ashdown Forest form one of the country's largest open spaces.

Heathfield is a market town and has an interesting collection of shops. The twice weekly market provides a wide selection of fresh produce. There are leisure pursuits in abundance including the nationally acclaimed Cuckoo Trail - a traffic free route for walking, cycling and horse riding, which incidentally offers easy access for the disabled.

Communications - Communications are excellent. A good network of local roads provides easy access to the large shopping centres of Eastbourne in the south, Tunbridge Wells to the north and Crawley to the west.
